Terms of Use

1. Accepting these terms

BuyBox Arena operates in partnership with Purple Fig Creatives. These Terms form an agreement between you and the legal operator of BuyBox Arena. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to accept these Terms. Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials private, and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify us of a compromise.

3. Free public-beta access

Public-beta accounts currently receive temporary Full Access to the single-player training library at no charge. There is no checkout, subscription, renewal, or cancellation flow. Features, access levels, saved data, and availability may change during or after the beta.

Beta access is provided as available and is not a promise of permanent access, a future price, a particular feature set, or preservation of all beta data. Payment and public multiplayer are not available. If paid plans are introduced later, they will require separate, clear terms before any charge is made.

4. Simulation and educational limits

BuyBox Arena uses invented scenarios and simplified models for practice. It is not the Amazon Ads console, is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon, and does not provide business, financial, or advertising advice. Simulation results do not predict results in a live advertising account.

Metrics, outcomes, products, accounts, events, and feedback may be fictional or simplified. You remain responsible for decisions made in any real advertising or marketplace account. Nothing in the service guarantees revenue, ranking, profitability, advertising performance, or marketplace results.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• break the law, infringe rights, harass people, or submit abusive or deceptive material;
• probe, bypass, or interfere with authentication, access controls, rate limits, or service security;
• access another user's account or data, scrape the service at unreasonable volume, or use automated means without written permission;
• upload malware, secrets, payment details, confidential live-account data, or content you do not have the right to use;
• misrepresent simulation results as guaranteed real-world results or as an endorsement by Amazon; or
• copy, resell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction.

6. Your content and profile

You keep ownership of profile images and other content you submit. You give the operator a limited, worldwide licence to host, process, display, and modify that content only as needed to operate, secure, and support the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to provide it. You can remove a profile image or request account-data deletion through the privacy process.

7. BuyBox Arena materials

The service, software, design, training content, fictional scenarios, branding, and related materials belong to the operator or its licensors. These Terms give you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the beta for its intended training purpose. Amazon and Amazon Ads are trademarks of their respective owner; their mention describes the subject of the training and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.

8. Service changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, pause, limit, or discontinue beta features to maintain security, reliability, legal compliance, or product direction. We may suspend or close an account that violates these Terms, threatens the service or another person, or creates legal or security risk. When practical, we will provide notice and a chance to resolve the issue. You may stop using the service at any time and may request deletion through the privacy process.

9. Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the beta is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular business purpose. The operator is not responsible for decisions made in a live advertising account or for indirect, consequential, special, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from beta use. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer rights.

10. Disputes and applicable law

Contact support@purplefigcreatives.com first so we can try to resolve a concern informally. These Terms are governed by the laws that apply where the service operator is established, without taking away mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer or privacy law. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear unresolved disputes.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the beta changes. Material updates will receive a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them. Questions can be sent to support@purplefigcreatives.com.
